I picked butter beans and broccolini for this evenings dinner, then found these zucchini and squash ready for picking.

Moon Planting Vegetables
New Moon Phase
Sow or transplant leafy annuals and sow green manures.
Apply liquid fertilisers.
First Quarter Phase
Sow or transplant fruiting annuals and sow green manures.
Apply liquid fertilisers.
Full Moon Phase
Sow or plant root crops and fruiting perennials. Harvest for storage.
Apply solid fertilisers.
Last Quarter Phase
No sowing or planting. Weed, apply mulch, make compost, prepare manure teas, apply solid fertilisers.

Hi Bev, thanks for visiting my blog and becomming a follower. I just LOVE brocillini (cant spell) I like to dip the tip in egg wash and then dip them in fresh grated australian parmesan cheese and do a quick fry in a very hot wok, the crunchy texture and salty cheese is such a party on your tongue.
